Originally offered exclusively by Blue Riband Publications, at $79 for Volume 1 and $95 for Volume 2, both books can, for the first time, now be purchased only through this website at the greatly discounted price of $39 for Volume 1 and $55 for Volume 2.

Each book is new, shrink wrapped in an unopened, specially made sealed corrugated cardboard box, and packed with bubble wrap; double boxed and sent via Priority Mail within the U.S. , and airmail overseas.

Please Note: A very limited quantity of both Volume 1 and Volume 2 books are also available without dust jackets for $29 and $45 respectively.  Identical to the books with dustjackets, each book is new, in mint condition, and shrinkwrapped in plastic, is sealed in a cardboard box. When ordering - please specify with or without dustjacket.
