Originally offered exclusively by Blue Riband Publications, at the never discounted price of $79 for Volume 1 and $95 for Volume 2 , both books were not sold in bookstores, but available only through the publisher (including special orders that were placed through Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and other book dealers). Today, copies occasionally can be found on the Internet - but for no less than $160 for the pair.

Now out of print, with no possibility of being reprinted due to the extremely high cost of using only specially made acid-free paper, and being completely assembled and sewn by hand, a small number of these very special, limited, deluxe edition boxed books representing the last ones available to the public, can now be purchased through this website at the never discounted price of $49 for Volume 1 and $65 for Volume 2. Only available through this website - these new books are not sold in any bookstores.

Each book is new, shrink wrapped in an unopened, specially made sealed corrugated cardboard box, and packed with bubble wrap, is double boxed and sent via Priority Mail within the U.S. , and airmail overseas.

Please Note: A very limited quantity of both Volume 1 and Volume 2 books are also available without dust jackets for $39 and $55 respectively.  Identical to the books with dustjackets, each book is new, in mint condition, and shrinkwrapped in plastic, are sealed in cardboard boxes. When ordering - please specify with or without dustjacket.
